Pieter de Vos is a facilitator, change agent, and documentary photographer. He draws on methods from the worlds of social innovation, systemic design, evaluation, and anthropology to help community-based organizations navigate an increasingly complex world. Pieter has a PhD in Anthropology as well as a MSc in Public Health. His previous research used narrative and visual methods to explore home and belonging in South Africa and Canada.

Since founding Respect for the Earth and All People (REAP) Business Association in 2006 (now operating as Be Local Network), she helps organizations scale social impact through program collaborations, social procurement, market development, branding, and accessing values-aligned capital.

Her work focuses on facilitating systems change, social innovation and sustainability, with an emphasis on processes that foster deep collaboration and transformation.
